CJ: Class of 2011

On Sunday, Patrick and I meet CJ, a Cabell Midland senior, for his portrait session at Ritter Park. We had a great time with CJ and his mom during the session and managed to get some memorable images. CJ plans to attend WVU this Fall. Lastly, I a big “Thank you” to Mr. Jason Gable for helping us out with the Windsor knot for CJ’s tie! Here’s a sneak peek of some images from CJ’s session. Enjoy the rest of your year!!

Meet Austin: Class of 2011 Senior Rep

A little over a week ago, we met Austin, our Wayne High School senior rep in Lavalette for his session. The weather turned out great for the whole shoot! Austin plays baseball for the Pioneers, and Patrick and I wanted to experiment some more with off-camera flash for the images in the baseball uniform. Meet Josh: Class of 2011 Senior Rep

We barely managed to schedule Josh’s rep session because he is such a busy guy! I lucked out and caught Josh on a “free” weekend between church camp and a beach trip. I had a great time working with Josh during his rep session. He is laid back, but definitely knows how to have a laugh, which makes hanging out with him a blast. Forrest: Class of 2010

Daniel: Class of 2010

On Saturday, November 7th I had the pleasure of photographing Daniel, a senior at Huntington High School. I met Daniel and his mom at Marshall for his session, and enjoyed walking around campus with them talking about his plans after graduation. Daniel is a drummer in HHS’s band which brought back memories for me of Drums Across the Tri-state! I regularly attended Drums Across the Tri-state years ago, and found out that it is now held in Charleston, WV. Here is a sneak peek of a few of my favorites from Daniel’s session. On November 6th, I meet up with Aaron for his senior session at Ritter Park. We had a great time walking around the park on one of the last warm days of the season. Aaron attends Huntington High and plans to continue his education at Marshall. Take a look at some of the images from the day in his session slideshow. I look forward to meeting up with Aaron next week for the second half of his senior session.

We shot a senior session for Jacob on October 21 and had a great time roaming around Huntington. We started at Ritter Park and made our way downtown for a more urban setting and some interesting backdrops. Jacob is attending Huntington High School and will graduate in 2009.
