Meet Austin: Class of 2011 Senior Rep

A little over a week ago, we met Austin, our Wayne High School senior rep in Lavalette for his session. The weather turned out great for the whole shoot! Austin plays baseball for the Pioneers, and Patrick and I wanted to experiment some more with off-camera flash for the images in the baseball uniform. Meet Alyson: Class of 2011 Senior Rep

A little over two weeks ago, Patrick and I got to meet our third senior rep from Huntington High, Alyson. Alyson will be graduating with the HHS Class of 2011 and we are excited to have her as one of our senior reps. We meet Alyson for a late afternoon session in downtown Huntington, and with the cooperation of a couple local businesses we got some great shots! We barely managed to schedule Josh’s rep session because he is such a busy guy! I lucked out and caught Josh on a “free” weekend between church camp and a beach trip. I had a great time working with Josh during his rep session. He is laid back, but definitely knows how to have a laugh, which makes hanging out with him a blast. Last week, I photographed our Spring Valley High School Senior Rep, Jessie! The weather was iffy and it did rain right before her session, but lucky for us the weather cleared up. A few weeks ago, we got to photograph our rep from St. Joe High School during an early morning session that allowed us to beat the heat that day. Meet Anna: Class of 2011 Senior Rep

On Saturday, June 19th Patrick and I got to meet and photograph our first Class of 2011 Senior Rep, Anna! She is a senior at Huntington High School and an awesome person. Anna was so easy to work with and was so patient while Patrick and I tested some new off camera flash ideas during the session. I sure hope we get to work with Anna some more in the coming year. Requirements:

- All Juniors interested must fill out a 2011 Senior Rep Application.
- As a Senior Representative, you must have an outgoing personality and the ability to promote A Modern Focus photography.
- A parent/legal guardian of the Senior Rep must sign a model release (included in Senior Rep Application) which allows us to use your images for advertising.
- All applicants should join our AMF Facebook Fan Page.
- Applicants must live in and attend school in one of the following counties: Cabell, Wayne, or Putnam in West Virginia; Lawrence county Ohio; Boyd county Kentucky.
- All Senior Rep session(s) must be completed by July 31, 2010.
- Our Senior Rep agrees to promote only A Modern Focus Photography during their Senior year. Negative comments about other studios will not be tolerated.
- Web-resolution photos from your session with watermark need to be posted on your Facebook and/or Myspace page.
- Rep cards need to be handed out to any classmate or person that may be interested in having a session with A Modern Focus.
